The MR Series are manual release chuck controls designed for use on 110 VDC chucks up to 300 watts. Features include: 3 position control switch (On-Off release), lighted AC power switch, optional variable power, heavy gage splash resistant enclosure, 43A" wide x 8" high x 5" deep with 6' AC input cord and 3' DC output cord. Input voltage: 120 VAC, 50/60 Hz. Center distances of mounting holes are 3" x 8".
The CC Series chuck controls are designed for use on any 110 VDC chuck up to 500 watts. Features include automatic pulsed release cycle designed to provide consistent release on hard to release parts, variable power, residual hold, indicating lamps, AC input and DC output cords. Units are self contained in a heavy gauge, splash resistant enclosure, 8" wide x 9" high x 6" deep. Input voltage is 120 VAC, 50/60 Hz. They are generally machine mounted. Center distances of mounting holes are 6" x 10".
Electromagnetic Chuck ControlThe SD Series automatic controls are used when greater chuck demagnetization is required and for those chucks with high wattage ratings. The main enclosure can be located at the rear of the machine or wall mounted. The chuck is operated from a small enclosure (4"x4"x3") located at the front of the machine and includes, the On-Off control switch, a green light, a red light and a variable power switch. The green light indicates power is on. The red light indicates the chuck has power. When the control switch is turned to "Mag-Off" the red light will gradually fade out. The operator can then remove the work with ease. The variable power switch on the side can be dialed for full power to residual.
