SD Series Electromagnetic Chuck Controls

Electromagnetic Chuck ControlThe SD Series automatic controls are used when greater chuck demagnetization is required and for those chucks with high wattage ratings. The main enclosure can be located at the rear of the machine or wall mounted. The chuck is operated from a small enclosure (4"x4"x3") located at the front of the machine and includes, the On-Off control switch, a green light, a red light and a variable power switch. The green light indicates power is on. The red light indicates the chuck has power. When the control switch is turned to "Mag-Off" the red light will gradually fade out. The operator can then remove the work with ease. The variable power switch on the side can be dialed for full power to residual.
